Urban planning
Urban planning is the way to achieve the public interest for all sectors and categories of the community. This happens through enforcing a future vision for the distribution of various activities and landuses in the suitable place within the framework of a well organized plan with clear objectives and a specific period, in order to achieve a balance between the present and the near and distant future development needs ( achieve what is known as sustainable development), and to ensure effective community participation. In this context, we are committed to achieving the principles that ensure the success of the planning process, including the (sustainability - Participation - resilience - harmony with the environment), as we are keen to use modern tools of GIS technologies and simulations that increase the effectiveness of the planning process and raise the efficiency of plans produced.
Site Supervision
We affirm that the implementation process is the production of previous operations for both levels: site engineering or urban design solutions level. Hence the product needs other processes to get it to the reality, therefore we offer various supervision services which range from preparing construction and workshop drawings, implementing and evaluating bids and bidders, follow-up construction schedules, passing by project cost reduction and ending with the final project submission.
